Under the direction of water rescue expert Gordon Giesbrecht,(AKA Professor Popsicle) eight volunteers and the water rescue teams of several fire departments and air rescue teams demonstrate the safest and most effective rescue operations in 45°F water. Filmed at the United States Coast Guard station in Fairport Harbor, Ohio. This DVD features a 30 minute program and shorter 10 minute version along with a series of Public Services Announcements.
